Forest Preserve Advisory Board

The Forest Preserve Advisory Board (FPAB) advises the City of Greenbelt on the formulation of policy related to the management and maintenance of the Greenbelt Forest Preserve and on the designation of Forest Preserve areas.The FPAB meets on the 4th Thursday of the month at 7:30 pm at the Public Works Facility.

 

The board is charged with reporting to the City Council on the health and condition of the Forest Preserve and monitoring the Forest Preserve and the activities within it, reporting any circumstances requiring attention.

 

As needed, the board reviews and makes recommendations on the Management and Maintenance Guidelines and the Forest Preserve Article of the City Code.
